    Our Service may request access to your device’s camera for the following purposes:

    • Taking photos for inspection reports and documentation
    • Capturing images of equipment, machinery, or work areas for safety assessments
    • Documenting compliance and safety violations
    • Creating visual records for training and quality assurance purposes
    • Recording evidence for incident reports and investigations

    11. Camera Permission and Data Handling:

    • We only access your camera when you explicitly grant permission through your device settings.
    • Camera access is only activated when you actively use camera-related features within the app.
    • All photos and images captured are stored securely in our cloud storage (e.g., Firebase Storage).
    • Camera data is transmitted only when you choose to upload photos for inspection reports.
    • We do not use camera access for any other purposes beyond those listed above.
    • You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings.
    • We do not access your camera in the background or without your explicit action.
    • All camera data is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
    • 12. Device Permissions

      All permissions are requested only when necessary for specific features, and you can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. We respect your privacy choices and will continue to provide service functionality that doesn’t require the revoked permissions.

      • Camera Permission: For capturing photos and images as described above
      • Location Permission: For tracking inspection locations and providing location-based services
      • Storage Permission: For saving and accessing files, photos, and documents (including uploads to our servers)
      • Internet Permission: For syncing data with our servers and providing real-time updates
      • Notification Permission: For sending important alerts and updates about inspections and tasks
